Eco Group commenced its journey in 2003, developing unique mid -sized farmhouse project in Badlapur as a blissful post retirement colony following it up with another project offering mango orchid plots, venturing gradually into a more niche space craved by clients. The group, with a vision to develop properties offering proximity to nature, began developing “Resort Projects” in Murbad which was still a virgin destination.
Palm Village
Murbad that commenced in 2007 is the group’s flagship project in Murbad. Palm Village not only captured the fancies of investors but also became a milestone venture spanning five phases and over 600 bungalow plots being successfully developed and handed over to satisfied customers. Grand on its amenities and comfort quotient, the ongoing project is a feather in the cap for the group. It was followed up by several other resort projects in the vicinity.
In 2010, the group forayed into residential and commercial projects at Thane (Mumbai) followed by quality residential bungalow projects in tier II cities like Sholapur in 2012. The future lies with a grand entry into the affordable homes segment by starting its project at Khardi (Shahapur).
